Amanda obtained her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Central Michigan University. At Paradigm she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of San Rafael facilities, supporting Paradigm’s mission, goals, and professional standards. With almost 10 years in the treatment industry, Amanda has a unique combination of experience in; direct care, management, admissions, long-term residential treatment settings, focused on dual diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions. She takes the approach that every teen deserves unconditional acceptance in a nonjudgmental, nurturing environment, that feels safe for them to process difficult emotions and experiences. She is devoted to being a part of a team that can provide the best treatment available and is an empathetic leader who creates teams that people want to be a part of. She has acted in a variety of roles at Paradigm and was the Program Coordinator before moving into her current role as Deputy director. Amanda is passionate about helping individuals learn that they are more than their current lifestyle, thoughts, and behaviors. Amanda is currently pursuing a Master’s in Social Work and hopes to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
