Amanda obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Neuroscience from Central Michigan University. At Paradigm she is responsible for day-to-day coordinating of San Francisco facilities, supporting Paradigm Treatments mission, goals, and professional standards. With over 10 years in the treatment industry, Amanda has a unique combination of experience in direct care, management, admissions, long-term residential treatment settings focused on dual diagnosis, and interventions. Amanda also works with youth in animal assisted therapies and coordinates the alumni events. Her philosophy on treatment is to provide the best care and provide families with the education and resources they need to become an integral part of the healing process. She is an empathetic leader who creates teams that people want to be a part of. Amanda understands the difficulties our youth face today and is passionate and devoted to being a part of a team that can providing the best treatment available. She was the Lead Clinical Assistant then the program coordinator before moving into her current role and is interested in pursuing a degree as a mental health nurse practitioner. Amanda is passionate about helping individuals learn that they are more than their current lifestyle, thoughts and behavior.
