Ceccily Bednash received her Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Arizona and her Masters of Arts Degree in Marital and Family Therapy with specialized training in Clinical Art Therapy from Loyola Marymount University. In addition, she has been a practicing fine artist for the last 22 years. Ceccily has been trained in conducting group art therapy for adolescent youth through the Institute of Art and Psychotherapy (IMPA) and the Instituto Allende in San Miguel de Allende Mexico. She has also received special training in Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Ceccily specializes in integrating Mindfulness, Art Therapy, and Interpersonal Neurobiological approach in her work with adolescents. Prior to joining the Paradigm team, Ceccily worked extensively with teens struggling with mental health, behavioral health, and drug abuse issues, including Boys and Girls Club of Venice, an outpatient counseling center, and implementing group art therapy interventions for Los Angeles county. She is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the American Art Therapy Association.
