Melissa obtained her Master of Arts degree in Somatic Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Previously she worked to support families and children in both school and private practice settings. Melissa brings a holistic approach that supports people in developing a healthy relationship with food, from her extensive time working in community nutrition. She is passionate about connection and believes strongly in meeting teens where they are.
Melissa uses a range of relational and somatic therapeutic approaches to establish an environment that feels safe, supported and open to inquiry. When she is not working with her clients at Paradigm, Melissa enjoys hiking and reconnecting to nature whenever possible.
