Preston Lopez, M.A., AMFT #126133


    Preston is originally from Southern California where he lived, studied and worked for most of his life. He earned a Masters in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton, and is an associate marriage and family therapist. He has ten years of experience working with adolescents in residential treatment in the Los Angeles area. Preston has a particular passion for residential work because of the deep and significant developments clients can experience in a short amount of time. He draws from many different theoretical models and believes in a holistic, strength-based, and mindfulness approach to working with clients. Preston has a passion for working with teens as they explore their identity development and set a course for happy and healthy lives. When not at work Preston can be found on local hiking trails, reading a good book, or hunting for tasty new eateries.
