He holds an Associate’s Degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta and has built a career as a culinary business owner, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Chef Instructor for youth culinary camps. With a passion for food and nutrition, Chef Nikolos is committed to continual learning and sharing his love of cooking with others.
