Born in Port Arthur, TX and raised in Atlanta, GA, Chef Nikolos Johnson brings together Creole flavors from his childhood and Southern favorites to tell his story through food. He holds an Associate’s Degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta and has built a career as a culinary business owner, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Chef Instructor for youth culinary camps. With a passion for food and nutrition, Chef Nikolos is committed to continual learning and sharing his love of cooking with others. His leadership qualities shine both in the kitchen and in mentorship roles.
