The Check-In: Quarterly Group for Alumni

Join Siana Orun-Walker, and reconnect with Paradigm alums, in this supportive and interactive virtual check-in group, in celebration of the start of Fall.

We will explore ways to authentically express ourselves, even when we feel fearful of others’ judgement, and learn to take off our “mask” and embrace our authentic self.

Group activities will include mindfulness and connection exercises.
