5) We require that anyone who joins our adolescent rehab team be available to adolescents and their family members to answer questions, discuss treatment goals, and progress of clients.
6) We require that all members of our team be available to work with not only fellow treatment team members, but with therapists, teachers, coaches, clergy or others who are working with young people prior to admission and during treatment and post treatment.
7) All team members at Paradigm Treatment are afforded opportunities for personal and professional growth. In addition to on-going training, Paradigm Treatment’s treatment team members are encouraged to seek out opportunities to attend conferences, workshops, and attain additional formal education in their area of expertise.
We are seeking part-time and full-time clinicians who wish to work with a young, energetic team of dedicated professionals and support staff. We have 10 luxurious locations; 3 in San Rafael CA, 6 in Malibu, CA, and 1 in Austin, TX. Lucy Nguyen is the Executive Director at Paradigm Treatment, overseeing all clinical treatment programs across the organization’s southwestern region. Her extensive experience includes working with young adults in private practice, serving as a therapist for children and teens with emotional and behavioral needs, and acting as a behavior interventionist for teens with developmental disorders. Lucy integrates cognitive-behavioral approaches with mindfulness and compassion in her work, and she is also EMDR-trained. She holds a Master of Science in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine.
