Spiritual Health
The Spiritual Health component of Paradigm’s treatment program is designed to help clients rediscover their inner voice, their internal instincts, beliefs, goals, and ambitions. By attending to and developing these aspects of the self, our clients find new ways to create meaning in their lives and in the world.
By understanding emotional experiences, through relaxation, meditation, yoga, group and individual sessions, we attend to the elements that make up our personal, spiritual foundation. One aspect of spirituality is of course religion. Paradigm respects every individual’s right to practice the religion of their choice. No religious belief system is required for participation in the program.
If program participants have specific religious needs such as special foods or the ability to attend religious services, such needs will be accommodated.
