Amanda Stinson, AMFT

Amanda Stinson is an Associate Therapist who received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of California Davis and her Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from California Lutheran University. Prior to Paradigm, Amanda worked at California Lutheran Community Counseling Center. Her clinical studies focused on Evidence-Based Therapy and predominantly Insight-Oriented Therapy. Her epistemology gravitates towards Existential Therapy. However, she uses techniques from multiple theories which are chosen based on client needs, such as CBT and DBT interventions.
